I have been giving my VW POLO here for the service for more than 5 years now and I almost have zero complaints towards this service Center. The working staff and technicians know how to treat these cars and car owners. Well What i really appreciate is not everyone are perfect so as them but if you mention that issue to them they wont disappoint you. I think VW EVM Motors, Kollam has the well trained technicians and also not to forget, they does service for PORSCHE! So they know how to treat you and your cars so keep that in mind!!

Smooth and pleasant buying experience. Sales person responded promptly to Test Drive request on the same day as made. He was honest and transparent to the pros and cons of the model I was interested in making the choice easier. Service at the showroom on the day of delivery was also prompt and I did not have to waste time waiting for anyone/anything

I have always had a great experience with EVM motors when it comes to customer service and quality of work. Nandhish has been my service advisor for nearly 2 years now and has always provided excellent service. This time I decided to go for the ceramic coating as per his advice and I must say – great work!
